Rajesh Parajuli

Rajesh Parajuli is the Human Resource and Administration Manager of BNMT, Safeguarding Officer and a member of the Senior Management Team. He has worked with BNMT since April 1994. He is responsible for overall human resources management and administrative management of the organization including legal compliance, liaison with authorities and government ministries for all project related approvals and reporting, development of organizational policies, and long-term staffing strategies, logistics and procurement management. Rajesh has a Master’s Degree in social science from Tribhuvan University and continued professional development training with various professional courses at national level and international level. He has successfully represented the organization in different national and international level meeting, workshops and seminars.
